对于大型电站主蒸气管以及大工件的金相检验,有关资料介绍的几种复膜金相法虽能基本满足检验要求,但由于乙酸乙酯、三氯甲烷等复膜液挥发快,尤其是在竖直管段和受条件限制的部位,操作困难,影响复膜.我们经过多次试验,配制了一种新的有机玻璃复膜液,此液挥发性慢、流动性较好、操作简便易行,加之采用化学抛光,视场扩大,便于复膜.我们用此法对新建的某电站4号机炉主蒸气管(材料10CrMo910)进行了金相普查,效果良好,见图1、2.
