在分析圆柱分度凸轮轮廓曲线解析算法的基础上,提出了计算圆柱分度凸轮工作曲面三维坐标程序算法。基于VC++6.0开发平台,并结合该算法,开发出一款适合圆柱分度凸轮参数化设计软件,利用其得出了圆柱分度凸轮工作曲面轮廓点云数据,导入UG生成曲面点云轮廓。进行了圆柱分度凸轮高精度的三维实体造型,并在UG环境下对其数控加工仿真分析。经实践生产检验,上述凸轮参数化设计方案具有可行性。
Based on the analysis of the profile analysis algorithm of the cylindrical indexing cam profile, a three-dimensional coordinate program algorithm for calculating the working surface of the cylindrical indexing cam is proposed. Based on the VC ++ 6.0 development platform and combined with the algorithm, a parametric design software for cylindrical indexing cam was developed. By using it, the point cloud data of the working surface of cylindrical indexing cam was obtained. . The high-precision three-dimensional solid modeling of the cylindrical indexing cam was carried out and its NC machining simulation was analyzed under UG environment. After the practice of production testing, the cam parameterization design is feasible.
