提出可用于摆式波浪能转换装置的数字控制式液压缸组方案并介绍其工作原理。在建立数学模型的基础上进行AMESim和Matlab联合仿真分析,验证数字控制式液压缸组可进行压力调节,并且能够提高摆式波浪能转换装置的能量捕获效率的作用,该文完成了数字控制式液压缸组样机及测试系统的设计搭建并进行样机试验,试验结果可验证数字控制式液压缸组的可行性及仿真结论。
The digital controllable hydraulic cylinder group scheme which can be used in tilting wave energy conversion device is proposed and its working principle is introduced. Based on the establishment of the mathematical model, the simulation of AMESim and Matlab is carried out to verify that the digitally controlled hydraulic cylinder group can regulate the pressure and enhance the energy capture efficiency of the tilting wave energy conversion device. This paper completed the numerical control Hydraulic cylinder prototype and test system design and build a prototype test, the test results verify the feasibility of numerical control of hydraulic cylinder and simulation results.
