本文报道应用 Dam 与 Hitze 二氏提出的方法测定接种卡介苗地区结核年感染率,在河北省望都县四个乡26个小学校进行实验,将所得结核感染率与对照组的自然感染率代入推算年感染率公式 P=1-(1-Pn)~(1/n),分别得年感染率为1.15%和0.96%,经过实验组与对照组年感染率的年龄调整后所得预期年感染率分别为2.47%与2.00%,经统计学处理,其差异无显著性意义,P>0.05。初步认为可应用 Dam 与 Hitze 方法测定接种卡介苗地区结核年感染率。
In this paper, Dam and Hitze’s method was used to determine the annual rate of tuberculosis inoculation in BCG. Experiments were carried out in 26 primary schools in Sigen Township, Wangdu County, Hebei Province. The obtained infection rates were compared with the natural infection rates of the control group into the projected annual infection The rate of annual infection was 1.15% and 0.96%, respectively. After the age-adjusted annual infection rates of the experimental group and the control group, the expected annual infection rates were as follows: P = 1- (1-Pn) 2.47% and 2.00%, respectively, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). It is initially believed that the Dam and Hitze methods can be used to determine the annual infection rate of BCG inoculated with BCG.
