随着我国经济的发展,建筑工程得到了突飞猛进的进步,建筑工程的质量也不断提高,其中房建工程的质量受到了大部分人的关注和重视,因为它关系到人们的生命财产安全。但是在实际的房屋建筑施工中,由于各种因素的影响,房建工程的质量仍然存在着很大的问题,给人们带来很大的安全隐患。这就需要有关监理部门加强监管和控制,而在当前的房建工程中,监理工作中还存在着许多的不足和问题,影响着工程质量。作为监理部门的工作人员,就应该积极探寻影响工程质量的原因和问题,加强对房建工程质量的控制,使房建工程更加安全、可靠。本文就房建工程施工中监理工作存在的问题进行分析,探究有效的解决措施。
With the development of economy in our country, the construction project has made rapid progress and the quality of the construction project has been continuously improved.
