化工厂分析室是化工厂的眼睛,担负着指导生产顺利进行的重要任务。近年来伴随着化工厂分析室的不断改进和创新,分析室的安全管理工作也引起了较大程度地关注。由于分析人员在分析过程中经常使用各种易燃易爆、有毒、腐蚀试剂、玻璃器皿及各种电器设备,若不谨慎认真操作就有可能发生安全事故,造成难以弥补的损失。轻则伤害到分析员自己,重则使分析室发生火灾,从而严重影响化工厂的正常生产。因此加强化工厂分析室的安全管理,不仅可保证分析员和分析室的安全,也可保证化工厂生产的顺利进行。
