(一)形变热处理的种类和概念铝合金形变热处理分为两类:中间形变热处理和最终形变热处理。主要对高纯铝合金或对铸块进行特殊处理获得等轴微细晶粒组织来提高塑性的处理叫作中间形变热处理。经过固溶热处理和淬火之后在存在析出物的条件下或在产生析出的温度范围内进行加工和时效,使材料的高密度位错分布均匀,也使析出物微细均匀,以此提高材料强度的处理叫作最终形变热处理。
