《上海消防》创刊、发展,漫漫25年,作为其主办单位上海市消防局的历任领导,都给予这本杂志以无微不至的关怀和支持。在今天杂志出版300期之际,编辑部的新老同仁谈超此事如数家珍,又无不感怀这些昔日的领导。 吴桐生老处长在创刊时显现的魄力。张振亚老处长三天两头到编辑部问长问短。徐庆友老处长亲自参加编辑部的年终总结会,当年一句“其他处室我不敢说,但你们编辑部一个萝卜一个坑我敢说”着实让同志们感动至极;徐耀标局长关怀年轻编辑的成长,放手让年轻人大胆干,知人善用,给予他们极大的信任:“你们认为行,就干。”又是他决定让杂志社外出独立办公,为的是集中精力“办出上海一流的刊物”。徐松仁、朱伟昌这前后两位政委,和蔼可亲,杂志这的同志们在两位政委面前无拘无束,就像一个小辈在长辈面前还可以开开玩笑。张永明副局长三天两头在襄阳路杂志社与同志们共进午餐。卜根发副局长,分管领导,经常到编辑室和大家聊天,还拿出自己的摄影作品与大家探讨,被编辑们抢过来发在刊物上,最后署名也是编辑起的“薄发”,意为“厚积薄发”,而且卜副局长的名字就叫“卜根发”。陈寒根副局长,《上海消防》的老作者……
