二氧化钛填充低密度聚乙烯的性能研究

选用经过NDZ-101处理的Ti O2和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)共混,利用同向双螺杆挤出机制备了Ti O2/低密度聚乙烯复合材料,研究了Ti O2不同填充量对LDPE材料的热性能、力学性能以及微观形貌的影响。结果表明:Ti O2填充后复合材料的力学性能优于填充前的LDPE材料。填充量为5%时,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别由填充前的16.80 MPa、236.24%增加到17.75 MPa、238.21%。此外,Ti O2的加入提高了LDPE的热稳定性,促进了LDPE的结晶,但降低了其结晶程度。扫描电镜显示Ti O2均匀分散在LDPE基体中。 Ti O2 / LDPE composites were prepared by co-rotating twin-screw extruder with Ti O2 and low density polyethylene (LDPE) treated with NDZ-101. The effects of different loadings of Ti O2 on the mechanical properties of LDPE The thermal properties, mechanical properties and the effect of micro-morphology. The results show that the mechanical properties of composites after Ti O2 filling are better than those of LDPE before filling. The tensile strength and elongation at break increased from 16.80 MPa and 236.24% before filling to 17.75 MPa and 238.21% respectively when the loading was 5%. In addition, the addition of Ti O2 improves the thermal stability of LDPE, promotes the crystallization of LDPE, but decreases the degree of crystallization. Scanning electron microscopy showed that Ti O2 was uniformly dispersed in the LDPE matrix.
