建筑固定扣属于二次弯曲类零件。本文采用塑性有限元对不同工艺方案下的起皱和料厚变化进行了模拟分析 ,获得了抑制起皱的最佳工艺方案及合理工艺参数。
Building fixed buckle belongs to the secondary bending parts. In this paper, the plastic finite element method was used to simulate the wrinkling and material thickness changes under different technological schemes. The optimum technological scheme and reasonable technological parameters for inhibiting the wrinkling were obtained.
