目前,金融危机的阴霾还在弥漫着,企业的发展遇到了越来越多的挑战,而提高员工的内在薪酬无疑会更强地凝聚人心,帮助企业度过难关,同时也不会过多增加企业的成本支出。因此企业管理人员不妨在内在薪酬的实施上多下点功夫,以便有效地应对挑战。鉴于此,本文着重从内在薪酬的特点和多样化表现形式两方面展开论述。
