工会在我国目前国有企业中发挥着重要的职能工作,起到了不可或缺的作用。随着社会的进步与发展,国有企业也逐步向现代企业进行着转变,这也对国企工会职能提出了更高的要求,对传统的国企工会进行升级与创新起到了积极的促进作用。目前我国国企工会具备了四项基本职能并且得到了广泛的应用,在新的形势下,国企转换为现代企业,现代企业新的制度对工会的职能也提出了新的要求,需要工会具有一定的特殊性。因此,在新形势下国企工会职能的升级与创新已经提上了日程。
