天麻(Gastrodia elata BL)系兰科多年生寄生植物,药用其地下块茎,为平肝熄风、祛风定惊的常用中药。药理实验表明具明显的镇静和抗惊厥作用。天麻中所含天麻素(Gastrodine)为其主要活性有效成分,可以作为天麻质量品质优劣评定的一个客观标准。陕西省为全国天麻主产区之一,我们收集了我省天麻不同产地及采收季节的不同样品,用高效液相色谱法测定了这些样品中天麻素的含量,这对评定天麻质量,考察炮制方法,指导栽培条件等都具有意义。现将实验方法及测定结果报告于下。一、仪器、试药高效液体色谱仪:日立638—50型。对照品:天麻素(对羟甲基苯—β—D—吡喃葡萄糖甙),为贵州省药检所供给。供试品:主产天麻的地区药检所供给。试药:均为分析
Gastrodia elata BL is a perennial parasitic plant of Orchidaceae. It is used medicinally for its underground tubers and is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for flattening the liver and stopping the wind. Pharmacological experiments showed clear sedative and anticonvulsant effects. The Gastrodine contained in gastrodiae is its main active active ingredient, which can be used as an objective standard for assessing the quality and quality of Gastrodia. Shaanxi Province is one of the main production areas of Tianma in China. We collected different samples of gastrodia elata production in different provinces and harvest season. The content of gastrodin in these samples was determined by high performance liquid chromatography, which was used to assess the quality of gastrodia. The method of concocting and guiding cultivation conditions are all significant. The experimental methods and results are reported below.
