第七届全国出版科学学术讨论会于1992年5月9日至13日在广西桂林召开。这届出版科学学术讨论会,集中研究我国近现代编辑、出版、发行工作的优良传统问题。这个课题,最早是宋木文同志于1990年4月间在上海调查研究出版工作时提出来的。1991年3月,中国出版科研所把这个课题列入科研计划,成立了课题研究组,并上报新闻出版署,获得批准,纳入署科研计划之内。与此同时,中国出版科研所先后商请上海版协、
The Seventh National Academic Conference on Scientific Publishing was held in Guilin, Guangxi from May 9 to May 1992. The publication of a scientific symposium focused on the fine traditions of editing, publishing and distribution in our country. This issue was first put forward by Comrade Song Mu-wen in his investigation and research work in Shanghai in April 1990. In March 1991, the China Press and Research Institute included the subject into a research project, set up a research team and reported it to the Press and Publication Administration for approval.
