目的:在超高倍显微镜下直接取样涂片观察活体支原体,同时与培养方法进行比较,为泌尿生殖系统支原体感染提供快速准确的诊断方法。方法:采用超高倍显微镜检查和支原体培养法,对312例有泌尿生殖系感染患者的分泌物作支原体检查。结果:超高倍显微诊断系统的支原体检出率与传统培养法比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但超高倍镜下所见,支原体在上皮细胞内、白细胞内或支原体包涵体内作快速泳动。结论:用超高倍显微诊断仪作活体支原体检查优于血清学诊断和支原体培养法,是目前值得推广的一种简单、经济、快速、准确的实验室诊断方法。
Objective: To observe Mycoplasma hominis directly by ultra-high magnification microscope and compare with culture method to provide a rapid and accurate diagnostic method for genitourinary tract mycoplasma infection. Methods: The secretions of genitourinary tract infection in 312 patients were tested for mycoplasma by ultra-high magnification microscopy and mycoplasma culture. Results: The detection rate of mycoplasma in ultra-high magnification microscopy system was not significantly different from the traditional culture method (P> 0.05). However, under the high power microscope, mycoplasma in the epithelial cells, leukocytes or mycoplasma inclusion body for rapid swimming. Conclusion: Ultra-high magnification microscopy diagnosis of Mycoplasma is superior to serological diagnosis and mycoplasma culture is a simple, economical, rapid and accurate method of laboratory diagnosis.
