随着改革开放的不断深入,我国的建筑业市场进入完全竞争状态,专业分工越来越精细,建筑工程分承包管理越来越受到各方重视,分承包管理效果直接关系到总包工程的工期、质量、安全和成本,影响建筑工程合同履行效果,是建筑工程项目成功的基础。本文对分包管理的必要性进行了分析,对建筑工程分承包管理现状进行了简单探讨,并针对相关问题提出了改进的对策。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, China’s construction market has entered a state of complete competition and the professional division of labor has become more and more elaborate. Construction sub-contracting management has been paid more and more attention by all parties. Sub-contracting management is directly related to the duration of the general contracting project , Quality, safety and cost, affect the performance of construction contracts, is the basis for the success of construction projects. This paper analyzes the necessity of subcontracting management, briefly discusses the status quo of construction subcontracting management, and puts forward some countermeasures for the related problems.
