目的 :建立反相高效液相色谱法 ,测定复方氧氟沙星栓剂中氧氟沙星和甲硝唑的含量。方法 :采用ODS -C18( 4.6×2 5 0mm) 5 μm不锈钢柱 ,以盐酸雷尼替丁为内标物 ,甲醇∶水∶磷酸∶三乙胺 ( 30∶70∶0 .39∶0 .70 ;pH =3.15 )为流动相 ,检测波长275nm。结果 :氧氟沙星在 3.0~ 2 6 .0 μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9999(n =5 ) ,平均回收率为 98.82 % ,RSD =0 .78% ;甲硝唑在 3.0~ 2 6 .0 μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9998(n =5 ) ,平均回收率为 98.87% ,RSD =2 .2 9%。日内和日间精密度的RSD均小于 3% (n =4)。结论 :本法简便 ,准确 ,快速
Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of ofloxacin and metronidazole in the compound ofloxacin suppository. METHODS: ODS-C18 (4.6 × 250 mm) 5 μm stainless steel column was used with ranitidine hydrochloride as internal standard and methanol: water: phosphoric acid: triethylamine (30:70:039:70 ; pH = 3.15) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength of 275nm. Results: Ofloxacin had a good linear relationship in the range of 3.0-2.60 μg · ml-1, r = 0.9999 (n = 5). The average recovery was 98.82% and RSD was 0.78%. There was a good linear relationship between nidogen in the range of 3.0-2.60 μg · ml-1, r = 0.9998 (n = 5), with an average recovery of 98.87% and RSD = 2.29%. RSDs for intra- and inter-day precision were all less than 3% (n = 4). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and rapid
