工频无芯感应电炉炉衬历来采用手工或捣固机打结,需耗费大量的工时,并且劳动强度大,粉尘高。广大工人早就有“实现机械化打炉衬,彻底改变旧面貌。”的要求。 去年一机部召开的“工频炉技术经验交流会”上,曾责成我厂尽快试制炉衬机,在西安电炉研究所和北京市机械研究所的大力支持下,我们于75年12月初制成一台新型的振动式炉衬打结机。大连机车车辆厂和武汉桥机厂等兄弟单位来我厂参观炉衬机时,也给了我们很大的鼓舞和促进。在此仅向上述单位表示衷心的感谢。
