浅谈中职校后进生心理行为特征及转化对策

后进生,不论哪一级、哪一类学校,都普遍存在,尤其是在中职校中更是大量存在。面对这一严峻的现实,笔者认为,认真对待后进生问题,科学分析后进生的心理活动、成因,帮助后进生产生自我转化的内驱力,对于大面积转差具有重要的现实意义。一、后进生的心理、行为特征后进生与同龄学生相比,存在着较突出的个性差异,一般说来,表现出以下几方面的心理、行为特征。1.认识上缺乏正确的道德观念。 After graduation, no matter what level, what kind of school, are ubiquitous, especially in secondary vocational schools is a large number of existence.
