平菇的害虫主要有跳虫、菌螨、菌蛆和线虫等。菇床一旦被这些害虫侵入,是很难用药剂达到除虫保菇效果的。因此就应该提早采取防治措施。应从以下几方面着手:1、科学制种,严格遵守操作规程,避免菌种带虫。如使用带有虫体的子实体制种、或用生料做培养基生产菌种,是很容易造成污染的。栽培食用菌应尽量向专业场家或科研部门购买菌种,如自己制种也要认真按操作规程进行。
