针对渤海L油田污水生产量大幅增加、清水矿化度高结垢严重的问题,开展了清污配聚效果对比研究。以聚合物溶液的粘度为主要指标,研究了油田污水与清水对聚合物溶解、稳定性及流变性的影响,并采用扫描电镜从微观上表征了不同聚合物浓度和水质条件下聚合物的聚集形态。结果表明:污水较清水更有利于聚合物的溶解,配制的溶液在表观粘度、微观结构等性能更优,但在自身稳定性上表现较差。
In view of the substantial increase of wastewater production in Bohai L Oilfield and the high degree of salinity of water with high degree of salinity, a comparative study on the effect of decontamination and coalescence was carried out. Taking the viscosity of polymer solution as the main index, the effects of oilfield wastewater and clean water on the dissolution, stability and rheology of polymer were studied. The aggregation of polymer under different polymer concentration and water quality was characterized by scanning electron microscopy form. The results show that the effluent is more favorable to dissolve the polymer than the clear water, and the prepared solution has better performance in terms of apparent viscosity, microstructure and other properties, but poor performance in its own stability.
