随着跆拳道运动竞技水平的不断提高,对运动员身体素质训练提出了越来越高的要求。只有具备良好的身体素质,运动员的技、战术水平才能得到充分地发挥。本文阐述了跆拳道运动员身体素质训练方法与手段,旨在为教练员科学规划运动员的身体素质训练提供参考依据。
With the constant improvement of taekwondo athletics level, more and more requirements are put forward for athlete’s physical quality training. Only with good physical fitness, athletes skills, tactical level can be fully played. This article describes the methods and means of Taekwondo athletes ’physical fitness training, which aims to provide reference for coaches to plan the athletes’ physical fitness training.
