利用酶联免疫测定技术研究了波里马(polima)油菜细胞质雄性不育系和保持系不同发育阶段叶片和花蕾中IAA、GAs、ABA和iPAs的动态变化。研究结果表明:(1)叶片和花蕾中GAs含量均先降后升,但不育系的含量比保持系的高。(2)不育系叶片中IAA含量先升后降,而保持系的与此相反,且前者的含量在大多数时期高于后者;不育系花蕾中的IAA先降后升,而保持系的却一直降低,且前者的含量高于后者。(3)两系叶片和花蕾中ABA含量变化趋势相似,但以不育系为高。(4)iPAs在整个检测过程中始终低于检测范围。提示不育系叶片和花蕾中IAA、GAs和ABA含量变化出现了异常,且明显高于保持系,这可能与雄性不育有关。
The dynamic changes of IAA, GAs, ABA and iPAs in leaf and flower buds of polima rapeseed at different developmental stages were studied by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed that: (1) GAs content in leaves and flower buds decreased first and then increased, but the content of male sterile lines was higher than that of maintainer lines. (2) The content of IAA in leaves of CMS lines increased first and then decreased, but the maintainer line was the opposite, and the content of the former was higher than the latter in most of the time; Department has been reduced, and the former content is higher than the latter. (3) The trend of ABA content in leaves and flower buds of two lines was similar, but the male sterile line was the highest. (4) iPAs are always below the detection range throughout the test. It suggested that the contents of IAA, GAs and ABA in leaves and flower buds of CMS lines were abnormal and significantly higher than those of maintainer lines, which may be related to male infertility.
