目前,各厂进行技术改造的积极性很高,办法多种多样。方法不同,投资和经济效果不一。因此,有必要探讨中小型轧机改造的最佳途径。众所周知,横列式轧机改造的方向是连续化,连轧机具有产量高、质量好、消耗低,劳动条件好、易于实现自动化等优点。但是,连轧也有其局限性。如果采用直流连轧,则投资大,技术复杂;如果采用交流不调速连轧,则多品种生产十分困难。七十年代发展起来的交流差动调速技术,正好能克服上述缺点,其调速范围虽不及直流拖动宽,但完全可以满足连轧要求,所以,在连轧主传动中,必将大有可为。本文就差动调速原理,主要特性、差速器结构等作了概述,并讨论了差动调速技术用于中小型连轧机的可能性。最后,列举了应用差动调速技术改造老轧机的两个实例。
At present, the enthusiasm for technical transformation of various plants is very high and the methods are varied. Different methods have different investment and economic effects. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the best way for the transformation of small and medium sized mills. As we all know, the direction of continuous rolling mill transformation is continuous, continuous rolling mill with high yield, good quality, low consumption, good working conditions, easy to automate and so on. However, rolling has its limitations. If the use of DC continuous rolling, the investment, technical complexity; if the exchange is not speed continuous rolling, the production of many varieties is very difficult. The exchange differential speed control technology developed in the seventies can just overcome the above shortcomings. This paper gives an overview of differential speed regulation principle, main characteristics, differential structure and so on, and discusses the possibility of differential speed regulation technology for small and medium sized continuous rolling mill. Finally, two examples of the application of differential speed control technology to reform the old mill are listed.
