新疆油田克拉玛依浅层采油10污水处理站,采用混凝,过滤,软化处理工艺,处理稠油污水回用作锅炉给水。稠油污水污染物组分复杂,来水、过滤出水以及锅炉水呈色影响水质。采用色谱-质谱联用等技术对水质进行测定。结果表明:给水主要含有烃类和酚类,有机物碳原子数为C6~C29;过滤水主要含有烃类、酚类和醇类,有机物碳原子数为C9~C26;锅炉水主要含有烃类、醇类和酚类,有机物碳原子数为C11~C27;来水、过滤水、软化水以及锅炉水呈现不同颜色主要是由于水中含有油、酚类、铁和硫化物造成。
Xinjiang Oilfield Karamay shallow oil production 10 sewage treatment stations, the use of coagulation, filtration, softening treatment process, dealing with heavy oil wastewater back to the boiler feed water. Heavy oil contaminated water components are complex, incoming water, filtered water and boiler water color affect the water quality. Water quality was determined using techniques such as chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that the feed water mainly contains hydrocarbons and phenols, and the carbon number of organic matters is C6 ~ C29. The filtered water mainly contains hydrocarbons, phenols and alcohols, and the carbon number of organic matters is C9 ~ C26. The boiler water mainly contains hydrocarbons, Alcohols and phenols, the number of carbon atoms of organic C11 ~ C27; water, filtered water, demineralized water and boiler water showed different colors mainly due to the water contains oil, phenols, iron and sulfide caused.
