目的:建立“网脱Ⅰ号”口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的HPLC测定法。方法:色谱柱:Diamonsil C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-1%冰醋酸(10:90);检测波长:320 nm:流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);柱温:室温。结果:黄芪甲苷的线性范围为5～25μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 7)。平均加样回收率为99.46%(RSD=1.19%)。结论:HPLC法测定黄芪甲苷含量,简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可作为“网脱Ⅰ号”口服液质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in the oral solution of “net off Ⅰ”. Method: Column: Diamonsil C 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-1% glacial acetic acid (10:90); detection wavelength: 320 nm; -1); column temperature: room temperature. Results: The linear range of Astragaloside was 5 ~ 25μg · ml ~ (-1) (r = 0.999 7). The average recovery was 99.46% (RSD = 1.19%). Conclusion: HPLC method for the determination of astragaloside content, simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible, and can be used as “net off Ⅰ ” oral solution quality control methods.
