对医用液体石蜡进行氧气氧化和空气氧化制备氧化蜡,并对氧化蜡进行乳化制备乳化蜡。考察了氧化温度、氧化时间、氧气流量和引发剂质量分数对氧化蜡密度的影响,利用红外光谱对产品进行表征。结果表明,氧气氧化比空气氧化反应制备氧化蜡的性能好;氧气氧化最佳反应条件为:氧化温度为130℃,氧化时间为6 h,氧气流量为0.15 m3/h,引发剂质量分数为0.05%;将氧化蜡进行乳化得到乳白色且含油量低的氧化蜡乳液,其密度符合医学照影用石蜡乳液的要求。
The medical liquid paraffin is oxidized by oxygen and air to prepare oxidized wax, and the oxidized wax is emulsified to prepare emulsified wax. The effects of oxidation temperature, oxidation time, oxygen flow rate and initiator mass fraction on oxidized wax density were investigated. The products were characterized by IR. The results showed that oxygen oxidation was better than oxidation of air to prepare oxidized wax. The optimum reaction conditions of oxygen oxidation were as follows: the oxidation temperature was 130 ℃, the oxidation time was 6 h, the oxygen flow rate was 0.15 m3 / h, the initiator mass fraction was 0.05 %; Emulsifying the oxidized wax to obtain milky white and low oil content oxidized wax emulsion, the density of which meets the requirements of medical photo-paraffin emulsion.
