近年来半导体工业中,经常使用AsH_(?),出现了一些中毒病例。在金属冶炼、熔化、电解等作业工人中,AsH_(?)中毒多见。 AsH_(?)中毒症状与吸人量有关,吸入AsH_(?)250ppm(800mg/m~3)瞬间死亡,吸入25～50 ppm(80～160 mg/m~3)30分钟死亡,吸入10ppm(32 mg/m~3)较长时间死亡。AsH_(?)中毒症状与接触时间长短有关系:通常从接触到发病为2～24小时,吸人A_5H_(?)30分钟出现重症、4～6小时为中等症状、48小时后为轻症。总之接触量越大,症状出现越快越严重,预后也多不良。AsH_(?)中毒对以下各方面可出现影响。
