随着高中新课程改革的全面铺开,改变教学方式,树立新的教学理念,势在必行。为了适应新课程改革,我校在教研、备课活动中推行了“同课异构”式的教研备课模式,并对新老师进行合格课的考核。为此,我也走进了不少老师的课堂,听了很多老师的课。发现在我们的课堂中,大多学生的学习积极性不高,气氛沉闷,整堂课都是老师在侃侃而谈,按照预计的教案表演着。所谓的师生互动,也就是简单机械式的一问一答,
