在知识经济凸显的时代,知识共享显示了其独特的重要性和迫切性。在教育领域,高校体育教师作为教育教学的骨干力量之一,对培育社会人才有着举足轻重的作用。面对学习化社会的来临,课程改革的深入,一方面社会教育对知识的需求量导致了体育教师知识的储备及运用能力必须大幅度的增加,另一方面,各种主客观因素的存在,又使知识有意无意的大量流失。为了社会和教育的双重发展,我们必须高度重视知识的传播,利用及再生产,对教师的知识共享进行研究是发展的重要手段。
