利用气相色谱进行地表水水质吡啶检测

探讨利用气相色谱进行地表水水质吡啶检测中的应用及效果。采用顶空进样,毛细管柱HP-INNOWAX、GC-FID测定,色谱条件:色谱柱,长2.0 m×内径3 mm不锈钢柱,内装涂有10%QF-1(m/m)的Gas chrom Q(80~100目)担体,对地表水水质吡啶进行检测。利用气相色谱进行地表水水质吡啶检测,结果准确度高,最低检出限达到0.031 mg/L,回收率为92.5%~95.5%,变异系数为1.7%。利用气相色谱进行地表水水质吡啶检测,方法简单,操作方便,准确度高,能够对水质做出准确的评估。 Discuss the application and effect of gas chromatography for pyridine detection of surface water quality. Headspace sampling and capillary column HP-INNOWAX and GC-FID were used. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: column, 2.0 m × 3 mm stainless steel column packed with 10% QF-1 (m / m) Gas chrom Q (80 ~ 100 mesh) support, the surface water quality of pyridine detection. The results showed that the detection limit of pyridine was 0.031 mg / L, the recovery was 92.5% -95.5% and the coefficient of variation was 1.7%. Pyridine detection of surface water quality by gas chromatography has the advantages of simple method, convenient operation, high accuracy and accurate assessment of water quality.
