一要弄清讲话者,突出个性特色,什么人讲什么话。不同的领导者,身份地位不一样,个性不一样,修养不一样,讲话的方法、习惯也不一样,就身份地位来说,一把手与分管领导、分管领导与一般领导职务不同,所承担的责任不等,人们的认同心理也不等,讲话的力度就有轻重之分。一把手可以讲得重一些、深一些,分管领导可以讲得明一些、具体一些;一般领导则宜讲得概括一些,委婉一些。就领导者个性来说,有的领导豪爽、大方,喜欢侃侃而谈,爱一种排山倒海的气势,讲话多用排比、对仗、押韵,用短句;有的领导比较拘谨、平实,喜欢语重心长、慢慢道来,一字一顿,讲话多理性色彩,概念、定义严谨,句式稍长,不引经据典,不讲故事、笑话。
