目的:比较黄连厚朴不同提取工艺,不同配伍比例主要成分含量的变化。方法:1.黄连厚朴以水和乙醇2种溶剂,采用分提与合提2种提取方法;2.以乙醇为溶剂,黄连厚朴以3∶1,2∶1,1∶1,1∶2,1∶3不同配伍比例提取,采用高效液相色谱法,测定小檗碱、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量。结果:①黄连厚朴的乙醇提取工艺的提取率优于水提取,而在水合提工艺中小檗碱的含量下降40%,在醇提工艺中只下降1%,厚朴的含量在合提工艺中均比分提提高了2%左右。②当配伍比例为1:1的时候小檗碱的提取率较高,厚朴比例越低,其提取率越高。结论:黄连厚朴应采取醇合提的工艺,在提取工艺中,应考虑中药化学成分的不同理化性质,采取适宜的提取溶剂和提取方法。
Objective: To compare the different extraction process of Coptis chinensis and compare the changes of main components in different compatibility ratios. Coptis Coptis with water and ethanol two kinds of solvents, the use of two kinds of extraction and extraction methods; 2 ethanol as solvent, Coptis Chinensis 3: 1, 2: 1, 1: 1, 1 : 2,1: 3 different compatibility ratio extraction, using high performance liquid chromatography, determination of berberine, honokiol, and honokiol content. Results: ①The extraction rate of ethanol extraction from Coptis chinensis was better than that of water extraction, while the content of berberine decreased 40% in the extraction process, decreased only 1% in the alcohol extraction process. The content of Magnolia officinalis in the extraction process The average score increased by about 2%. ② When the compatibility ratio is 1: 1, the extraction rate of berberine is higher, and the lower the proportion of magnolia is, the higher the extraction rate is. Conclusion: Coptis chinensis should take alcohol extraction process, in the extraction process, should consider the different chemical and physical properties of traditional Chinese medicine, take appropriate extraction solvent and extraction methods.
