粪中汞的热蒸馏双硫腙比色测定法北京医学院附属第三医院采用此法测定粪中汞的含量。他们用硫酸和高锰酸钾使粪汞转变为离子状态的汞,以二氯化锡还原离子汞为元素状态的汞,同时进行水蒸汽蒸馏,收集溶解于酸性高锰酸钾溶液中的汞蒸馏液,除去多余高锰酸钾后,用双硫腙氯仿液萃取,形成双硫腙汞盐,呈橙色,碱洗后进行分光光度的比色测定。
