为了研究腔长及后腔镜曲率半径对He-Ne激光器输出特性的影响,本文采用大恒光电研究所的GCS-HNCL型半外腔式HeNe激光器进行了相关数据的实验测量;根据测量结果分析了腔长及后腔镜曲率半径与激光输出特性的关系,并观察了固定腔长及曲率半径下功率最大时对应的光斑模式;给出了不同腔长及曲率半径与激光器输出功率的变化关系。
In order to study the effect of cavity length and the radius of curvature of the posterior endoscope on the output characteristics of He-Ne lasers, the experimental data of the relevant data were measured by the GCS-HNCL semi-external HeNe laser of Daheng Photoelectric Institute. According to the measurement results The relationship between the length of the cavity, the radius of curvature of the posterior endoscope and the laser output characteristics was observed. The corresponding speckle pattern of the cavity length and the radius of curvature was observed. The relationship between the cavity length and the radius of curvature and the output power of the laser was given .
