目的 :观察假单胞菌苗 (PVI)联合顺铂 (PDD)治疗恶性胸水的疗效。方法 :采用随机分组研究方法比较了 PV I联合 PDD(治疗组 )与单药 PDD(对照组 )治疗 44例恶性胸水的疗效。结果 :治疗组完全缓解 (CR)率为 5 4.5 % ,有效率为90 .9% ,对照组 CR率为 2 7.3% ,有效率为 5 8.7% ,两组的 CR率和有效率均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :PVI联合PDD治疗恶性胸水疗效显著 ,值得推广。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of PVI combined with cisplatin (PDD) in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods: A randomized subgroup study was used to compare the efficacy of PV I combined with PDD (treatment group) and single-agent PDD (control group) in the treatment of 44 cases of malignant pleural effusion. Results: The complete remission (CR) rate in the treatment group was 54.5%, the effective rate was 90.9%, the CR rate in the control group was 27.3%, and the effective rate was 58.7 percent. Both the CR rate and the effective rate were significant in both groups. Sexual differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion : PVI and PDD are effective in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion and worthy of promotion.
