春秋战国动荡时期,《管子》作为德法关系处理得当的重要典籍,孕育着丰富的法治思想。笔者在充分了解《管子》一书的基础上,研究探讨《管子》中具有代表意义的“以法治国”的法律观、“法天合德”的立法观、“人人平等”的执法观。 During the turmoil of the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, Guan Zi, as an important classics properly handled by the relations between Germany and France, gave birth to a wealth of ideas of the rule of law. On the basis of full understanding of the book “Guanzi”, the author studies and discusses the legal concept of “governing the country by law”, the legislative concept of “Fa Tian He Chai Germany”, and “everyone Equality ”concept of law enforcement.
