本文阐述了企业管理之和谐管理理念,希望通过实现企业的和谐管理来促进企业的快速平稳发展。企业的和谐管理主要包括人与人关系的和谐,特别是雇主与雇员关系的和谐,即劳资关系的和谐。其次,人与物的和谐,包括人与设备的结合,创造最高的生产率。第三,人与环境的和谐,包括环境保护、环境绿化、环境建设与循环经济。第四,人与社会的和谐,包括,诚信、道德、法治、互助合作。
This article elaborates the concept of harmonious management of enterprise management, and hopes to promote the rapid and steady development of the enterprise by achieving harmonious management of the enterprise. The harmonious management of enterprises mainly includes the harmony between people and people, especially the harmony between employers and employees, that is, the harmony of labor and capital. Second, the harmony between people and things, including the combination of people and equipment, creates the highest productivity.
