我在美国进修期间,参观了一些铸造车间及研究所,了解到美国铸造行业的一般情况。这里,仅以已粗浅之见,向读者们作一介绍。一、工厂的一般情况为了使读者有一个概括的了解,我将工厂的水平分为中等、较先进、较落后三种。 1、中等水平工厂的情况①Wisconsin州某铸造厂主要生产质量要求较高的中、大型铸件,如泵体、阀门,大齿轮等。大部分产品用在汽轮机、飞机及潜艇上。铸件的材质主要是高级铸铁、镍基及铜基合金。该厂起始于1912年,厂房规模较大,设备基本上是六十年代的水平。理化检验的仪器设备齐全,有X射线,荧光分析、光谱分析、计算机作数据处理,还有力学实验
During my fellowship in the United States, I visited some foundry shops and research institutes to learn about the general situation of the foundry industry in the United States.
