本文指出了传统的石棉制动器衬片的缺点和公交车辆对制动器衬片的要求;对新研制的WX型无石棉汽车制动器衬片介绍了装车运营试验三项测试内容;制动性能(制动合格率和制动力)、材料磨耗(制动器衬片和制动鼓的磨耗量)和制动噪声(制动声级),并对试验结果进行了综合评价分析;总结了该制动器衬片具有的优点;充分肯定了它在公共汽车上的应用价值,并提出了今后需要进一步开展的工作。
This paper points out the shortcomings of traditional asbestos brake linings and the requirements of bus linings for brake linings; introduces the three test items of the loading operation test for the newly developed WX non-asbestos automobile brake linings; the braking performance (braking Pass rate and braking force), material wear (brake lining and brake drum wear) and brake noise (brake sound level), and a comprehensive evaluation of the test results were analyzed; summarized the brake lining has Its advantages; fully affirmed its value in the bus application, and put forward the work needs to be further carried out in the future.
