现阶段,农村人口比重大、老龄化趋势明显,农村养老问题愈发重要。新型农村养老保险制度应运而生,这一制度在解决农民养老问题上将发挥重要作用。本文主要从现行新型农村养老保险在实施过程中遇到的问题入手,提出几点解决的建议,希望推动新型农村养老保险的健康开展。 At this stage, the proportion of rural population is big, the trend of aging is obvious, and the problem of providing for the aged in rural areas is more and more important.
