目的观察脑瘫并语言障碍患儿小组语言训练的效果。方法 64例脑瘫并语言障碍患儿,按门诊单号将其分为A、B两组。给予A组患儿一对一语言训练,给予B组患儿小组语言训练,对比两组患儿训练效果。结果 A组患儿治疗总有效率为78.1%,B组患儿治疗总有效率为81.2%。两组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用小组语言训练对脑瘫并语言障碍患儿进行训练,可有效提高患儿语言能力发育,效果与一对一语言训练结果接近,且操作过程更为简单,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To observe the effect of group language training in children with cerebral palsy and language disorder. Methods Sixty-four children with cerebral palsy and speech disorders were divided into A and B groups according to the outpatient clinic number. Group A children given one-on-one language training, group B children given language training, compared with two groups of children training effect. Results The total effective rate of treatment in children in group A was 78.1%. The total effective rate in treatment of children in group B was 81.2%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions Using group language training to train children with cerebral palsy and speech disorder can effectively improve the development of children’s language ability. The effect is close to that of one-to-one language training, and the operation process is more simple and worthy of further clinical promotion.
