以依诺沙星为实验药物 ,对壳聚糖 -羧甲基纤维素聚电解质复合物的释药性能进行了研究。结果显示 ,在载药量≤ 3 0 %和释药介质 p H值为 7.4时 ,该材料具有较好的缓释性能。 Enoxacin as the experimental drug, chitosan - carboxymethyl cellulose polyelectrolyte composite drug release properties were studied. The results showed that the drug had better sustained release performance when drug loading ≤ 30% and p H value of drug release medium was 7.4.
