随着经济的发展及企业间人才竞争的日趋激烈,企业间的人才流动越来越频繁,国有矿山企业也不例外,如何有效提升员工的忠诚度成为了企业目前需要解决的重大课题之一。本文从马斯洛需要层次理论视角,从人的多层次、多元化需要出发,分析国有矿山企业员工忠诚度下降的原因及表现,并提出相应的对策,以期能够为矿山企业留住人才提供一定的借鉴和指导意义。
With economic development and increasingly fierce competition among talents in enterprises, the flow of talents among enterprises is becoming more and more frequent. State-owned mining enterprises are no exception. How to effectively enhance employee loyalty has become one of the major issues that enterprises need to solve nowadays. Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, this paper analyzes the reasons and manifestations of employee loyalty decline in state-owned mining enterprises from the perspective of people’s multi-level and diversified needs, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures so as to provide a certain amount of talent for retained talents in mining enterprises The reference and guiding significance.
