随着新课改的提出,又对教师提出了新的要求和挑战。小学阶段是学生人生形成学习习惯和学习观念的重要时期,教师需要革新自身的教学理念和教学方法,这样才能逐渐地适应不断发展的教学要求。很多教师不能深入地理解新课改所提出的要求,使自己对新课改的认知仍然存在表面化现象,这就造成了小学数学课堂教学质量难以提高的现象。因此,教师应该在新课改的要求下改变、完善自身的教学方法,以提高教学质量。
With the new curriculum reform put forward, but also put forward new requirements and challenges for teachers. The elementary school stage is an important period in which students form their study habits and learning concepts. Teachers need to reform their own teaching concepts and teaching methods in order to gradually adapt to the evolving teaching requirements. Many teachers can not deeply understand the requirements of the new curriculum reform so that their cognition of the new curriculum reform still exists the phenomenon of surface, which has resulted in the difficulty of improving the quality of primary school mathematics classroom teaching. Therefore, teachers should change the requirements of the new curriculum reform, improve their own teaching methods to improve teaching quality.
