新产品开发是企业振兴和发展的一项关键性工作,特别是在国有大中型企业探求摆脱困境、寻找发展新路的90年代中期,更应引起企业界的重视。由于新产品开发的投入大,效益期望值高,因而对新产品开发计划文书的制作程序要求也就特别严格,它必须实行三层梯级开拓的连续作业:第一梯级,是基础梯级,主要进行“新产品开发规划”的撰制和优选。
The development of new products is a key task for the revitalization and development of enterprises. Especially in the mid-1990s, state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises should also pay more attention to the enterprises in their quest to find solutions to their difficulties and find new ways for development. Due to the large investment in new product development and the high expectation of benefits, the requirements for the production process of new product development plan instruments are also very strict. Therefore, it is necessary to implement continuous operation with three levels of development step by step: the first step is the basic step and the main one is “ New Product Development Planning ”of the establishment and optimization.
