探讨促超排卵周期胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 1 (IGFBP-1 )与卵泡发育的关系。采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (EL ISA)和放射免疫法 (RIA)检测 3 2例体外受精 -胚胎移植(IVF-ET)促超排卵前血清、卵泡液及同期血清中 IGFBP-1及性激素的含量。结果 :(1 )促超排卵过程中血清 IGFBP-1含量显著升高 (P<0 .0 5) ,卵泡液内的平均含量显著高于同期血清中的水平 (P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,且与卵泡发育数呈正相关 (r=0 .4 8,P<0 .0 5)。 (2 )同期末梢血清中 IGFBP-1水平与雌二醇呈显著正相关 (r=0 .4 1 ,P<0 .0 5)。结论 :促超排卵周期血清及卵泡液 IGFBP-1水平均升高 ,并参与对卵泡发育的调控。
To explore the relationship between ovulation induction and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-1 (IGFBP-1) during follicular development. Serum levels of IGFBP-1 and sex hormones in serum, follicular fluid and serum of the same period were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and radioimmunoassay (RIA) in 32 cases of IVF-ET . Results: (1) The level of serum IGFBP-1 was significantly increased in the process of promoting ovulation (P <0.05), and the average level of serum IGFBP-1 in follicular fluid was significantly higher than that in the same period (P0.01) , And was positively correlated with follicle development (r = 0.48, P <0.05). (2) There was a significant positive correlation between serum IGFBP-1 level and estradiol in the same period (r = 0.41, P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: IGFBP-1 levels in both serum and follicular fluid during hyper-ovulation cycles are elevated and are involved in the regulation of follicular development.
