本文所述的波齿传动是一种新型的特种传动,它除了具备摆线行星传动和谐波传动的许多优点外,还具有独特的高效能的滚动体啮合副。波齿传动可以应用于各种减速装置和其它传动系统,今以波齿减速器为例简要论述之。波齿减速器主要由三部分组成(图1): 1.激波器:由装在输入轴上的偏心凸轮、滚珠轴承和激波外环构成; 2.波齿轮:由波齿(标准钢球或短圆柱滚子)、波齿架构成,波齿架与输出轴固结在一起; 3.固齿轮:齿形为波齿的共轭曲线,如波齿为钢球,则固齿轮和激波外环上均制有滚道槽。
