使用有机氧化剂过氧乙酸对Soda-AQ麦草浆进行漂白。讨论了单段过氧乙酸漂白烧碱蒽醌麦草浆的影响因素。试验结果表明漂白的最优使用条件为:过氧乙酸用量在3.0%,EDTA用量0.5%,时间80 min,pH维持在6,温度60℃,漂白浆浓12%。在此条件下,成浆的白度(ISO)能够达到53.6%,纸浆黏度为986 mL/g,卡伯值为8.6。通过对过氧乙酸与过氧化氢组成的多段漂研究发现:过氧乙酸的漂白能力强于过氧化氢,且稳定性好;过氧乙酸在过氧化氢前段时,整体漂白效果较好,白度(ISO)可达73.8%。
Soda-AQ wheat straw pulp is bleached using the organic oxidizer peracetic acid. The influencing factors of single-stage peracetic acid bleaching anthracene anthraquinone wheat straw pulp were discussed. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the bleaching were as follows: the dosage of peracetic acid was 3.0%, the dosage of EDTA was 0.5%, the time was 80 min, the pH was maintained at 6, the temperature was 60 ℃ and the concentration of bleached pulp was 12%. Under these conditions, the whiteness of pulp (ISO) reached 53.6%, the pulp viscosity was 986 mL / g, and the kappa number was 8.6. Through the peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide composed of multi-stage bleaching study found that: peracetic acid bleaching capacity is stronger than hydrogen peroxide, and good stability; peracetic acid in the hydrogen peroxide front, the overall bleaching effect is better, white Degree (ISO) up to 73.8%.
