目的:测定9种鲜地黄中有机氯农药的含量。方法:用毛细管气相色谱法,采用药典方法提取、硫酸磺化后,以不分流进样方式,用SPB-608弹性石英毛细管柱,进样口温度230℃经柱程序升温技术分离初始温度100℃,先以10℃.min-1升至220℃,再以8℃·min-1升至250℃,保留10 min,用电子捕获检测器检测,外标法计算含量。结果:方法的回收率为89.8%~101.3%,RSD为4.7%~8.4%。结论:11个不同产地的鲜地黄中均含有不同程度的农药残留。本方法可用于鲜地黄中有机氯农药残留量的测定。
Objective: To determine the content of organochlorine pesticides in nine kinds of fresh yellow. Methods: The samples were separated by capillary gas chromatography with the method of pharmacopoeia, sulfonated with sulfuric acid and splitlessly injected with SPB-608 capillary column. The inlet temperature was 230 ℃ and the initial temperature was 100 ℃ , First rose to 220 ℃ at 10 ℃ .min-1, and then rose to 250 ℃ at 8 ℃ · min-1 for 10 min. The content was calculated by electronic capture detector. Results: The recoveries of the method were 89.8% ~ 101.3% with RSD of 4.7% ~ 8.4%. CONCLUSION: Fresh rehmannia root in 11 different habitats all contain different degrees of pesticide residues. The method can be applied to the determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in fresh rehmannia.
